I've had a great experience purchasing from Retro - all products arrived in the advertised condition, very few delays and all were working. I had one issue with a delivery that got lost, but the team were very responsive and sent a replacement that arrived quickly.

The games I have gotten from this store. Has been awesome but I must be honest it was one game I order that didn’t work a while back but besides that one game it’s been awesome this people have good products

This "business" is the biggest and most ridiculous scam that I have ever dealt with. They literally take your money in, and then order the games off Ebay to your address. They never actually have the games in hand. I am honestly not sure how this is even legal. I ordered a game from this joke of a business and it arrived lose shoved in a bubble mailer with zero protection. I put it into my system and of course it did not work. I called this joke of a company multiple times demanding that they send me a return label and replace or refund me. They never did. I had to literally get my bank involved to dispute the charge for me, because this "business" did nothing to help me. Save yourselves the headache and just order directly from Ebay. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

We do ship from various warehouses and suppliers, which sometimes means items may arrive in separate packaging. However, every order should be properly packaged and in working condition, and we're very sorry that wasnt the case for you. sent me a faulty game console and took me 2 months to get my refunds. but it is still ok. Altought i wont go out of my way to recommend it.

Sent me a GameCube in a FedEx envelope so it was COMPLETELY DESTROYED. I requested a replacement which took over 3 months. The replacement didn't work, so I asked for a refund and they offered me less than half of what I paid IN STORE CREDIT. They wont even give me my money back. Not to mention, they waited until they received my return to tell me that they couldn't approve my refund request. SCAM. John isn't even a real person. Every time I call, I get someone who sounds like they are in a house full of children.
