The response from the team to set up the service was prompt and friendly, they were able to answer all my questions and managed through the numerous changes that we had as we collected all our items for disposal. On the day of, the driver, Dan, was great. Arrived during that window that was provided for pick-up, prepared and ready to take care of what we needed. Counted and inventoried the items with me, to make sure we didn't miss anything. It was a great experience from start to finish.
