We used the courier service vs. FedEx because it was not that far but, either way, the company was good to work with. The only thing that kept it from being perfect is a streamlined online approach and getting a quote faster. Maybe having a form to fill out ahead would have helped. If you're not online, then a form would ask all of the questions up front that kept being thought of later on. Granted, we're a small law firm that only uses returns as a way to receive assets back to our office from remote employees but, it's just a thought.
