I don't have much experience yet, but what I like: intuitive UI, ease of setup, voice quality. What I find quite difficult: 1. Requires technical skills - quite complex scenarios, integrations and settings often require a developer or engineer. 2. Difficulty in resolving support issues. Acceptable in trial mode, when you need to test the work in order to decide whether to switch to a paid package. It would be good to have a support chat. Contacting the forum and looking for an answer in the documentation takes a lot of time. and
