Retell AIReviews of retellai.com

Swapped from another service that was not working any longer. I remember the set up on the other service was a full week of typing testing typing. With Retell AI it was 10 minutes to have an active bot doing exactly what I needed. Very impressive.

Retell has been my first choice for me and my voice AI clients. Where Retell really stands out compared to other providers is the reliability and uptime. In my opinion, Retell has the best user experience and proven stability. I'm running now way over a year Voice AI agents for Clients, without any problems.

The conversation flow agents are very good

We integrated Retell AI directly into our CRM platform, and it's been a brilliant experience. As a CRM-based startup, we needed a voice AI solution that could sit natively within our system — handling calls, updating records, and triggering workflows in real time — and Retell delivered exactly that. The voice quality is natural, latency is virtually unnoticeable, and the conversation flow is so smooth that our users' clients often have no idea they're speaking with an AI. It blends seamlessly into the CRM experience, making every call feel like an extension of the platform itself.Integration was clean and efficient. The API documentation made it easy for our dev team to connect call logic directly to our CRM pipelines — from lead qualification and appointment setting to follow-ups and status updates — all automated without missing a beat. The customization options gave us full control over scripting, tone, and conversation branching, which was critical for tailoring the experience across different industries and use cases. What really sets Retell apart is how well it handles real conversation — interruptions, pauses, complex decision trees — all managed flawlessly. That reliability gave us the confidence to roll it out across our entire platform.

great fantastic

It costs more than the other option I was piloting, but it solved all the big problems I had with the other option, which was not having a good way to deal with latency, and not having the option to change the LLM.

Perfect platform future of call center.

Probably the best AI caller I've used. Simple and advanced at the same time. highly recommend
