I provided them my resume, asked them to improve it, write a cover letter and improve my LinkedIn account. Outstanding is the only word that comes to mind. Highly recommended.

Great experience for me and my first time enlisting a professional service to help with my resume. Communication with the writer assigned to me exceeded my expectations and my resume is now professional and exactly what I need for a very good price.

Bar None this is the WORST Resume Service I have ever received in over 25 years. You put all out on line you never or very seldom answer an email. I asked on earlier to get answers by email and you have refused to do that. Also you refuse to speak to your clients so that a properly resume can be prepared. So to say I am very disappointed is an understatement. Worst value for money spent on an unacceptable service.

Hi Michael, After providing two top-notch resumes and a LinkedIn profile based on our 17 years of professional experience, we were disappointed to read your review stating your dissatisfaction with our service. Up until we read this review, we were under the impression that you appreciated the documents we created for you because you told us on several occasions that you approved of them, and because you kept purchasing additional services with our company. We do not understand why you state that we wouldn’t provide answers by email or speak to you about the resume. At the beginning of the writing process, we asked you many times to provide the information required to write a Federal Government resume – after receiving no response to our questions, we contacted you by phone and took the extra time to explain what we needed and why we needed it. Once your resume was completed, our senior resume writer clearly answered every question and let you know that you could ask for revisions. For example, your writer sent you the following: “I look forward to receiving your edits and will be happy to work with you in accomplishing those changes.” Instead, you stated clearly that you accepted the resume in its current form and provided no indication that you disapproved of any aspect of our service We also communicated with you several more times via phone and through our Live Chat service, each time clearly explaining our processes and providing any assistance you required. The hands-on service we provided for you is second to none in the industry, which is why we have a 98.4% success rate and hundreds of positive reviews from our clients. We have reached out to you regarding your review and have not yet heard back, though we will be happy to work with you at any point to do all we can in assisting with your career. Outstanding service from start to finish, Great communication, Excellent resume and LinkedIn profile. Took 1 extra day but was it ever worth it.

A very poor experience overall. There were grammatical errors and much of my work summary had been rewritten into nonsense. The individual who reviewed my resume clearly has no working knowledge of my industry. Their money back guarantee is a joke. In addition, I paid more to have all of my work history reflected but the resume I received only covered the last two years despite them still charging me the full price.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience, Jason. We strive to provide a top-notch experience for every client, so we were disappointed you thought our service was unsatisfactory. Please note that a senior writer reviewed the resume we sent to you and was unable to find any grammatical errors. Regarding your comment about the work summary section, we created this section to meet the professional resume standards that employers now expect. This section included highlights from your career, such as your most important skills, degree, and accomplishments. We used our 17 years of resume writing experience to determine that the best strategy for your resume would be to include the work experience that was relevant to your career goals. Taking steps like these can sometimes appear drastic, but they are essential to maintaining our 98.4% success rate at helping our clients get hired. Due to our commitment to customer service, we offered you unlimited revisions to the resume for 30 days, which you chose not to take advantage of. You also did not respond to our texts, calls, or emails regarding information for improving your resume. You are still welcome to ask for revisions to your resume if there are specific things you would like us to change. Our 45-day money-back guarantee is top of the industry and ironclad; however, our records show that you haven’t asked for a refund – in-fact there hasn’t been any communication from you at all about your dissatisfaction with our service. If you have any questions about our service or our guarantee, you are welcome to call our customer service hotline 1-800-466-3076 at any time. We look forward to ensuring the resume we created for you helps launch your career, as we have done for thousands of clients over the years, if you change your decision about continuing to work with us. Regards, Dave Bramlett – Resume Writing Group
They did a great job, and Andrew was on top of things the entire way. These people are truly a class act.
