Instructions clear; provided a label to mail books; need to offer address to mail DVD/cds even though your label will not be purchased. I could have sent DVDs cheaper than $12.00.

Easy process

I still have not received an update or check for my books. Its been 3 weeks.

I use Scout IQ.....some books scanned are saying that R.I. will pay for only to find out when chosen over BBYB I'm told that it's not profitable......am I missing something?

They paid us the first 2 months. After the first 2 months we decided to send them more books and guess what? They stopped responding to emails and paying. We still have $3000-$4000 of inventory with them. Stay away from this company.

I have been paid by Declutter 2x in the amount of time that this company still doesnt show the shipment as received. It has been received and i get lots of nice emails but no action. I figured it may take longer to sell but not to just update the website the product has beem received. I regret sending and unless something drastically changes will not ise again.
