This was my first time selling books bank here. I was surprised that I had to pay shipping and that the rate was considerably higher than expected. I will look into other options for my restricted books.

Very nice system!

I want to like these guys, I really do. But the website is so basic it seems like a 10th grade computer programming assignment. I could live with that, but the fact that I have only sent them 4 books so far, and they have lost 2 of them is unacceptable. (***update, they may have only lost 1, but only time will tell and i will update this once i see the missing book no.2 appear in my inventory) Not to mention, that the 2 that they lost were the expensive two out of the four. They are new and hopefully with time, they will get better. For their sake, and for ours. **** I will add that they are very good with replying when you email them, so that in itself is worth noting, and has raised my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. If this other missing book in question isn't really lost, then I will edit again and adjust stars accordingly. -- edit 01july2022 ... it would seem that one of the 2 missing wasn't missing and it did finally materialize and even sell ... and, although, the website looks pretty much the same, it does seem more stable and, to me, that shows that they are definitely putting effort into the project ...

Quick and easy

Simple and easy to use!

Site is easy to use, once you explore all the links. It nice to see the site provide all needed information about the items to be sent including the potential outcome. I did see that a few items were rejected the first scan but a later scans resulted in “..success..” outcome. The success banner had the same result on us as the chime in ScoutIQ app when we find a winner. Thank you for the help with my restricted items.
