Products are great, convenient and reasonable priced.

90% is very good. Shipment on some items have been very slow. One in particular took 2½ months. The $99 a month for shipping is good but forces us to group our shipments in a one or two month period. When if at a more reasonable annual rate would make us buy more regularly. Your regular shipping rates are too high for certain products.

Happy with restaurantware & product. Fed-Ex left my box in the rain instead of putting on the covered porch. Boo Fed Ex...walk 2 more feet and leave packages in the obvious BEST place.

Josh was great to work with. Some of the support staff was less than knowledgeable on certain things.

I did not get a confirmation email on my order and a copy of my invoice in the order.

Restaurantware.com is my first choice for kitchen equipment and small goods. Online chat and customer service are excellent. Shipping costs are high.
