I ordered the small waffle cones. The price was good and the product shipped quickly. There was minimal breakage. The taste was excellent.

Initial delivery was damaged, but customer service resolved the issue and resent the product.

Tart packaging could of been better.

Great products, but a disappointing website. Lost every item in my cart twice when trying to make an account to login for purchase. Could not use a discount coupon when logged in through the Google button. Had to create a whole new account manually using a different email for the coupon to activate. Bummer because now my account is connected to my personal email instead of my business email. Love that you have smaller package sizes to try out items before committing to a larger order. Shipping was fast in to the Chicago suburbs. Products are exactly what I need.

Happy to find bagasse plates and bowls, apparently there's a shortage. Pricier than Webstaurant.com, but shipping prices a little more favorable. Package was beaten up, but products were not damaged.

The quality, upmarket look and environmentally-friendly choices are beyond compare. However, the items are pricey. So adjust your costs accordingly!
