I ordered a pepper grinder from Amazon and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Through Amazon, I contacted Restaurantware and they immediately addressed my complaint and sent me a new pepper grinder. In the future, I will skip Amazon and order directly from Restaurantware. I am very impressed by their customer service and the quality of their products.

Ordered 12 oz whiskey glasses and they are truly gorgeous glasses. Came well packaged too.

This I my 2nd order of the chocolate shells. Although a bit expensive, they have been more than worth the expenditure. Making them yourself is a horrid undertaking! I love showing up for a party or as a dinner guest with these shells filled with any variety of treats from miniature chocolate peanut butter pies to Black Russian pudding shots. Folks are always amazed you can just eat the whole thing!
