⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ El Rinconcito Mexicano – Lehigh Acres, FL Phone: (239) 369‑6577 Today around 4:00 PM, I experienced one of the finest Mexican meals in Southwest Florida at El Rinconcito Mexicano in Lehigh Acres. The food was exceptional—fresh, bold, authentic, and clearly prepared with tremendous care and tradition. What truly made this visit extraordinary was the service provided by Alex, the owners’ son. Alex is an outstanding young man whose character, pride, and dedication elevate the entire restaurant. He carries himself with professionalism, warmth, and genuine pride in his Hispanic heritage. It is clear he plays a vital role in helping his parents run the restaurant, working side‑by‑side with his brother to uphold the family’s standards of excellence. Alex’s hospitality was remarkable. He was attentive, respectful, and sincerely invested in ensuring I had an exceptional dining experience. His kindness, enthusiasm, and deep pride in his family’s work make him a standout in the world of customer service. People like Alex are rare—he embodies the heart and soul of a true family‑run establishment. The meal itself was phenomenal, and the combination of authentic cuisine and Alex’s exceptional service makes El Rinconcito Mexicano a restaurant I am proud to give a full five‑star rating. If you are searching for the best authentic Mexican food in Lehigh Acres, this is the place. --- Dr. Eliot Sherr, PhD, DPM, FACFAS Diplomate, American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Board‑Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon Lehigh Acres, Florida Phone: 239‑266‑5237

I purchased points on this site as part of a promotion. Terrible investment. First the restaurants that they work with in my local area are not what you would expect from the promotion. Second I went to a restaurant ordered my food and when I tried to use a certificate to pay they would not accept the certificate. Third when I reached out they said I would get my points back but I don't want the points back I really just want my money back. If you can find a restaurant you want to eat at you can likely get a good deal of they accept the certificate. Good luck.

I joined in 2011. At first we found a few certificates useful. Then they seemed to stop working, so I took a break and actually forgot I still had so many points left. Recently I tried again because we now reside in a different area. We drove 20 miles to a restaurant only to be told sorry, those are not honored here. I went home and decided to CALL ahead - I called the first 11 places on the list "near us"- 3 were permanently closed, 7 said they do not take them, several said they stopped taking them more than 2 years ago! One even said they stopped bc Restaurant.com did not honor their part in the discount. Round Table pizza is the ONLY one that said yes "because they'll take any coupon with their correct address on it". DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!

horrible customer service and horrible, horrible, horrible horrible do not work with them. They're a liar. They're a scammer. I wish I never purchased a card most restaurants do not even accept this card. It's a shame! if i new i would have never got it from them they wont even resolve this issue!!!

80% of these restaurants have either closed down many years ago and/or changed owners who don't honor anything from this fraudulent company. The fact that they don't update which one's are valid is a slap in the face to the customer and any common sense not to update their dinosaur of a website or app. I'm 0-4 the last four places I've tried to redeem anything and the businesses have even been rude and abrupt to me when you bring it up... completely unacceptable and embarrassing that they still claim to be legitimate with their completely fake responses on this site. Customer service is horrible, the BBC should shut them down. Don't be surprised if your let down like a lot of people on this site including me. Restaurants.com your a debocle of a sham of a mockery of a disgrace! Don't bother to even respond with some corny AI-bot reply, no one's buying your BS. Just admit you don't give a crap for your very small customer base trying to keep you afloat. Congrats, your the worst of the worst!

I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware. I purchased certificates from this company back in 2015 and they worked fine. When I bought again in 2024, everything fell apart. Now I'm out the money. I called restaurants within a 100‑mile radius, and not a single one recognized the company or accepted the certificates. Every restaurant I spoke with — owners and managers included — said they do not honor them. When I contacted Restaurant.com for a refund, they refused. I explained that none of the listed restaurants would accept the certificates, and I was told I “didn’t know what I was talking about.” Out of 50 restaurants, zero accepted the certificates. That should tell you everything.

It does look suspicious. I am writing regarding my recent reservation (#396) for four adults on Sunday, April 5th, at 5:00 PM. I want to bring to your attention several issues during our visit. - We were not seated until 5:30 PM - Water and bread did not arrive until 5:50 PM, - Our order was not taken until 6:10 PM, at which point we were informed that they were out of prime rib. - Our food finally arrived at 7:02 PM and was served cold. QUESTION: The main complaint -- The receipt said gratuity not included. Why did the tip guide recommend only drinks and not food? 15% $8.29, 18% $9.94, and 20% $11.05. We had a set price for a three-course meal, $80 per person. I gave the waiter an $80.00 tip. The bill was $402.62. Kevin M. Milleridge, Inn-Jericho, Long Island, New York
