What is Rest®?Rest® is a sleep brand that makes cooling bedding for hot sleepers. Founded in 2021, Rest pioneered the cooling-bedding category with its signature Evercool® fabric: engineered bedding that's thinner than a human hair, cooler than cotton, and smoother than silk. More than 300,000 customers have used Rest to fall asleep faster, stop waking up overheated, and sleep through the night. Our belief is simple: nothing transforms your day like a good night's sleep. What makes Rest different from other cooling sheets? Most "cooling" sheets are ordinary cotton, bamboo, or microfiber with a marketing label, so they still trap heat. Rest is built differently. Every product is engineered in Rest® Labs and validated by independent sleep scientists, not just designed to feel soft on day one. Evercool® actively pulls heat and moisture away from your body, so the bed stays cool and dry all night. It's bedding that's scientifically built to regulate temperature, not just claim to.What is Evercool® fabric?Evercool® is Rest's proprietary cooling fabric, knitted from ultra-fine fibers 75× thinner than a human hair so it glides frictionlessly across your skin, while microscopic channels wick moisture and let it evaporate instantly for sweat-free sleep. Our upgraded Evercool®+ fabric is woven with IONIC+™ silver-ion fibers that naturally fight bacteria and odor while boosting cooling through silver's high thermal conductivity. With a 0.40 Qmax cool-to-touch rating, Evercool®+ measures about twice as cool as silk.Is Rest scientifically proven to help you sleep cooler?Yes. Rest's Evercool® collection was studied by SleepScore Labs (a sleep-science company founded by experts from ResMed, Apple, Philips, and Harvard) across more than 1,000 nights of real sleep. Among hot-sleeping women aged 40–60, participants found it 91% easier to fall asleep, were 80% more likely to fall asleep in their preferred time, and reported a 74% improvement in overall sleep quality. The study was prese

Hi Kathleen, a second set is the best compliment we could ask for! We're thrilled they've earned a spot on your bed through every season. Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience with us.
I was skeptical but decided to try the Rest sheets. Beware as you won’t be able to sleep on other sheets again. I’m a convert. Love them!!
