Definitely the opportunity it boasts, layed out plane and simple how to get down to the nitty gritty and make some quick cash in the market your in. Greg makes it clears as day how to look at any situation and adjust your view and your approach with every house, "well whats their motivation, why should they sell to you" walking a house with a "observant but complimenting" attitude to see what could change without insulting a seller accidentally. We're coming into this with no experience in real estate and response, Greg, Kory and Jake have made it straightforward no bs how to DO IT, doesn't matter the person, the house, the buyer, the seller, the realtors, the contractors or is up to you to get it done they have all done a great job laying out a "system"🙃 how to get a deal done. You just gotta follow the system, you don't know CALL A MENTOR, the market in your area changes the system has other options to adapt to the change, it works if you apply it. Very excited to get to get my first deal closed, then alot more and some more and more.

It was friendly and relaxed environment …
It was friendly and relaxed environment where a lot of very useful and valuable information was shared. It was a down to earth presentation, easy to relate to. The field work in looking at the houses for sale was a great learning experience. Greg did a great job and we are high energized to make a deal!
