Excellent customer service. Very quick and responsive to my needs. The delivery damaged the box it came in. I contacted them and they were able to replace it . I received the replacement pretty quickly and it arrived just in time for Christmas present.

The original engraving pen I received didn't hold a charge. The company was very apologetic and sent me a replacement which works great! The customer service was amazing and shipping was fast!

Resparked did an amazing job with a product defect I encountered. They fixed it, with an upgrade, and did it over Christmas. Very impressed.

I bought three of these engravers. Two worked one did not. The process to return the broken one was fairly straightforward (although it did take me a while to find the area on the website.) The two that worked have been a hit with the recipients. Easy to use and so much fun.
