I ordered an etching tool for a friend of mine for Christmas, but she couldn't use it on the fired clay, so I sent it back for a refund and it was a quick transaction. Customer service was very responsive and professional. This is a trustworthy company and I would recommend them to every one.

I ordered my husband a pen for Christmas and the initial one sent did not work. I reached out immediately and to my surprise, especially during a holiday weekend, I received a response within hours. The team I worked with, specifically Blossom, was great. They provided lots of information and were able to get a replacement sent out quickly. The customer service was kind and thorough, wonderful job all around. Thank you.

I ordered my engravable device from this company and whatever company they used to deliver it stole the package and I will not be ordering from these people again because they don’t hire competent or trustworthy delivery companies. Emile was the bae of the delivery company

First engraver I got ended up having a faulty motor just by bad luck, but the customer service was next level- super fast to respond and very helpful and understanding. They sent me an upgraded pack with a new replacement pen pretty much right away, so now I’m back into it 🙌🏼 The quality of the engraving bits and everything that comes with it is real high quality and it’s easy as to get the hang of. I’d say the packs are worth it for the stencils and all the extras you get with it to get you started. Overall 10/10!

I reached out to customer service because my customizer was not working properly. The next day, Taylor from the Resparked customer service team responded to my email. After a few email exchanges and a short video from me showing the issue, I received confirmation that I would be receiving a replacement in addition to a “thank-you for your patience” gift that is coming with the replacement. I was surprised by that considering how quickly the issue was addressed and handled. I didn’t feel as if they owed that to me but I am very grateful for it! Thank you RESPARKED!
