Customer service was excellent. I actually got a response to my inquiry from an actual person! Not some automated form email!! They were super prompt getting back to me and addressed my questions politely and thoroughly. A +

Before even receiving my order the USPS made an error and I was advised that they returned my order to the sender. I called Resparked to notify them. The customer service agent I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure I would get my order. They were very polite, helpful and everything that customer service it supposed to be. Outstanding!

I purchased the Customizer for my husband for a Christmas gift. We took it on vacation with us. He was enjoying it and experimenting when all of a sudden it quit working. I contacted Respark's customer service. They were very quick with a response and we worked through all the things that might be wrong. In the end, it was determined they could not fix it so they decided to send a new customizer to us.

I was in the middle of my first project and had an issue with the motor on my engraver. I contacted the online support and was quickly and efficiently assured that they would stand behind their product. I can't wait to get my replacement and finish my project, it's going to turn out beautifully.

Their response was quick and efficient when i reported a problem with my engraver. We just couldn't get it to start back up and so the are sending me a new engraver and upgrading it too. Very kind and quick to make things right. I will continue to work with them in the future as I really loved the creativity of this tool. Try it! I know you will be hooked!

I contacted Resparked about my engraver stopping working they had a solution for me within 30 minutes. I.havr never had such outstanding client relations from a company before. I am a super fan of this organization.
