They got us out of our time share.

Resort Closings was able to close out one of my timeshares at a minimum cost of $500. The timeshare was willing to take back the unit. They were not successful for a timeshare at another resort. The resort refused to take the unit back. Resort Closings referred me to a lawyer who wanted ~9K with no guarantees. I decided not to.

Getting rid of a timeshare is difficult and time consuming. Resort Closings made it easier and less stressful. It took time, but legal matters always do. The bottom line was that at the end of the process we were out from under the yearly maintenance fees for a time share we no longer had use for. Their office staff is very nice and cooperative. I never felt like a "nudge" for calling the office to check on the status of things.

I was able to finally get rid of my timeshare for good. You have to be patient throughout the process and trust that Resort Closing Inc will take care of you.

They were honest and worked promptly.

Completed selling of Condo paperwork. Kept me informed as progress proceeded. Lady was very easy to deal with and knew her job well. A pleasure to do business with.

Very smooth process! Our closing went through very quickly so we were very happy. Although I don't think that is always the case, I would recommend this company & just stick with it until it closes.
