The closing was done in a professional manner, great job well done. Thank you for getting me out of my timeshare maintenance fees.I would Harley recommend other people who want to get out of their timeshare.

Kubiak enterprises were true to their word. We only deposited up front but were kept up to date with the required paperwork. The time frame quoted to relinquish our timeshare was accurate. We were notified of the fact that we no longer were owners which we verified with the resort. Final payment was then made

Great job bringing this to a close for us!

We never purchase a time share as an investment. Before retirement it was a great way to get away at a moments notice. Over time we traveled less and wanted to get rid of the annual maintenance fee, particularly since we were getting the older and our kids were no interested in taking over the property. Once we paid the fee, signed power of attorney, Resort Closings took care of the rest. Within 3 months the property was sold and we were free and clear of the annual maintenance fees.

They took care of our problem quickly and with minimal problems for us. The whole work did not take as long as expected nor did it cost very much. Thank you!

They were very precise in their instructions to us and responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions. By the way, we sold, not purchased, through them.
