Took allot longer than I thought it would. Communication was not very good, just glad it is over.

Very professional

it took about 6 months to complete the deal very professionally. I wish they could do it faster, but they told me it could take 4 to 12 months a head of time. My representative communicated very clearly in a friendly but business like manner. I would recommend this company.

Selling a timeshare was a little stressful for me. There are alot of scam artists in the timeshare selling business, so choosing a legitimate firm out of the many firms out there was scary. Thank goodness I found Resort Closings Inc. You do pay money upfront, and the process took almost 18 weeks. but I am now one less timeshare in my portfolio! I've got 2 more timeshares to divest, and will use Resort Closings Inc to help me with those as well. Overall, with the exception that I had to pay to get out of my timeshare, my experience with Resort Closings went great!!

Outstanding service. They communicated often in handling two time shares. I felt they were on "top" of the situation. I would recommend this company to anyone.
