Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. My emails were answered promptly. The closing letter included several options to use if the timeshare wasn't aware of the transfer. Also the chart that could be accessed showing the progress and dates.

Let me put it this way. In the past we had attempted twice to get rid of our time shares. The only thing we were able to get rid of was more of our money. A few months ago we heard about Lone Star Transfer on Rush Limbaugh. We contacted them immediately and drove to their office in Rockwall Texas. We signed up with them to get rid of all three time shares we had for several years, Within about four months they transferred one out of our possession and the other two will be gone soon. We couldn't be happier.
