It is a relief to be rid of our time share. Thanks to everyone who worked with us through the process. Everyone was helpful and professional. The process was easy and we were rid of timeshare that we can no longer use more quickly then I imagined.

Initial paperwork was sent to a wrong email address. Wasted two weeks. Didn’t hear any apology. The rest process was fine. Leaving this review since kept asking for it. Sorry for not leaving a stella review but had to be honest.

Michelle was genuinely wonderful! There were some minor concerns regarding getting deed from seller, Michelle got it straightened out and championed it to the end. Will I work with Resorts Closing again? Absolutely! …and I would specifically request Michelle to handle our case. Again, thanks for the great experience!
