Overall impression was great. Staff members were responsive to my emails and phone calls throughout the job search. They are professional, genuine and friendly people. One may feel it is a bit overpriced for the service, but it depends on you. If you are too busy to search and email a bunch of practices in the particular area and follow up on those contacts, then this is the company for you.

Good experience overall. I found the job. They really just helped w contract. I paid the full fee because I anticipated they would help find a position. Probably should have gotten this discounted.

Melissa at Resolve was instrumental in sending out queries to various programs and I eventually had multiple job interviews. I finally negotiated and accepted a very suitable academic job with good perks. Thanks to the effort put forth by Melissa at Resolve, they worked tireless hours to get my new job secured. Remember I was just finishing J1 visa waiver and stuck with abusing employer but was able to let Resolve shoulder the burden of job hunting and responding to potential recruiters in timely manner, without them it would have be very very tough. Thank you everyone at Resolve,specially Melissa and Kyle.

Great service. The whole team (especially Ms. Melissa) were very helpful, professional and secured me a bunch of interviews (for a waiver job). You end up paying a lot of money (so far it is totally worth it). My only advise is to be comitted and engaged as an applicant.

Resolve helped me with improving my CV and cover letter. They also helped me a lot to prepare for interviews. Their attorney also helped to review the job contract with me. Overall, a positive experience.

This service is well worth it. I am very happy with Resolve.
