Chelsea Ukoha was instrumental in helping me to understand my contract, and helped me negotiate a higher signing and relocation bonus.

I strongly recommend Lauren Kaufman as an exceptional contract lawyer. She is incredibly dedicated to her clients, pays attention to every detail, and ensures their interests are protected. Lauren is great at explaining complex legal matters in simple terms, making it easy for clients to understand. Her communication skills, both written and spoken, are top-notch. In negotiations and disputes, Lauren is a strategic thinker. She stays calm under pressure and finds creative solutions for the best outcomes. In short, Lauren is an outstanding contract lawyer, and I highly recommend her for any legal needs.

We appreciate your feedback, thank you!
Lauren Kauffman has handled my case and has been superb in her advise and contract negotiation. Very, very happy to have worked with her. This is the second time I have requested assistance from Resolve and Lauren Kaufman and - should I need additional contract review in the future - I am coming back.

Lauren Kaufmann was great. Very patient and thorough. She helped a lot with multiple back and forth negotiations.

Chelsea did an awesome job negotiating my contract. Most all the edits she suggested were accepted by my employer. Since my date to start was closer, she even turned around the contract the same day. I appreciate her professionalism and timely responses. She stayed in touch through out till the final signing of my contract.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff/lawyers. The highest ROI I’ve ever had. The lawyer helped me negotiate a substantial raise in my base salary (around 8% increase). Would highly recommend for a physician contract review.

I worked with Zach Beare on my first offer/contract for a primary care physician job out of residency. He was great- always able to respond quickly and help explain some of the legal language that I was uncertain about or unfamiliar with, and suggest additions and changes to make it overall more favorable. I felt so much more secure and confident in negotiating and ultimately signing, and I know I am set up for success with the agreement! He also helped provide some historical context for what parts were negotiable vs standard and even wrote a whole new section for a specific request I had. Though I did not require it, I was glad to know that he could also discuss directly with my future employer or their attorney, too. I will highly recommend Resolve to every residency graduate as well as anyone looking to get the most out of their physician contracts.
