I bought the switches for my son. He absolutely loves them. Reminds me of med century Modern and the people that I worked with was absolutely wonderful very helpful. Went above and beyond, even though I’m just a little customer.

There is almost ZERO chance you get your product on time, if ever. And you will never speak to an american for clear answers. They 3rd party everything. I have been waiting months now for product, they say they have refunded money and haven't. Product I was charged for, has never shipped, etc.

Hi Andrew, We are unable to process a refund at this time as you have opened a chargeback. Our system does not allow us to initiate a refund while a chargeback is open. Upon checking, we have confirmed that your order has already been delivered to you. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Sincerely, Residence Supply
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews on their website but obviously all fake. These outdoor lights that we spent thousands of dollars on are not up to code for Florida and probably anywhere. The electrical is open to the elements and our electrician said they are very poor quality. Our inspector said he would not pass our permits with those lights. The company would not give refund or accept a return even though they are all in the boxes they came in- and were never installed. we were over their two week return policy and they said they also had a 50% restocking fee. These products are Chinese and although this company says they are in Miami - that is not where they make these products. Don’t get duped like we did.

This company is a scam. Products are shipped from China. My package had Chinese written over it. And then, it arrived with missing parts. The light also came with weird transformer which was why I started investigating it. They will charge you restocking fees, you pay for shipping and products are not usable. Don't buy anything from this company. Update: I sent the order number. No resolution yet.
