Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to place your order expecting it to move forward, only to learn after reaching out that the item was on backorder. You should have received clearer and more proactive communication from us regarding the availability of the item. We truly appreciate that you initially chose to give us the benefit of the doubt based on our reputation, which makes us even more disappointed that your first experience with us did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Your order has since been refunded. We’re sorry that we weren’t able to fulfill it as originally expected, and we genuinely appreciate your patience throughout the process. We hope we’ll have another opportunity in the future to provide you with the smooth and positive experience you expected from Residence Supply. Sincerely, Residence Supply
