The hair wasn't how I saw in the video is not what I receive

I Ordered Bleached Knots And They Were Not Bleached Other Than That Quality Of Hair Was Lovely

So my original order was for 13x6 22in hd lace 250 density straight wig. That is not what I received. They told me they didn’t have 13x6 in hd even though it’s on the website I said fine give me 13x4 hd instead. What I received was a 13x 4 regular lace not hd lace 22in 180 at most really maybe 160 density wig. I’m very disappointed as a long time wig wearer I know the difference between laces and density and they did not send me what I paid for. The two stars are for the hair it’s self seems nice.

It was awful. It mattes up. After washing turns into a different texture (I ordered straight hair and after washing it was almost a loose deep wave but messy). It was a mess I threw it away! I had to do something to everyday to look decent. Don’t get it! However the lace was BOMB! But the hair was bad
