Billie helped me through out the process very efficiently.

The agent was a great help the only thing that I didn’t like is that the website showed that the ticket was $128 each and that I was going to pay 256 but the moment I called they said they wasn’t any more seats or tickets available for that price so I had to pay 295. When those $50 extra that I thought I was going to have I could’ve used it on my trip but instead I had to pay more on my ticket how is that my fault when your website shows me one thing and you guys are telling me another but I took it anyway because I need to go

James did a great job of explaining everything about my reservations and the costs. I am looking forward to my flights!
