This company is full of scammers. You buy a product that’s listed on their website, only to end up waiting for days. When you reach out to support, you’re met with an AI response; getting an actual human being to reply can take a month or even two. They show complete disregard for their customers—I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them to anyone.

The support on this platform is terrible. I fell victim to a scam in which the website liogames is using the USDT wallet from the platform fazercards to receive the money, but when we sent it, it disappeared from the Liogames platform. I believe it’s someone registered with Fazercards, but I want to get to the bottom of this, and Fazercards isn’t responding. Therefore, we’re reporting this to the authorities along with Binance! Be careful!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this service. It has now been 4 days, and my issue is still unresolved. What makes the situation worse is the lack of communication and the long response times from the support team. This delay has directly affected my business and caused problems with my customer, who has requested a refund because of the unresolved issue. As a business owner, I rely on suppliers to provide timely service and professional support, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I understand that problems can happen, but leaving customers waiting for days without a clear update or solution is unacceptable. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its response times and customer support.

I bought a gift card from them, and it took two whole days to receive it. On top of that, they don’t respond to messages at all. Their customer support is absolutely terrible. They’ve basically replaced real support agents with AI, and it’s completely useless. Honestly, the whole experience is ridiculous and frustrating. Zero customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.
