Knee ClinicReviews of researchayu.com

Research Aayu is 100% fake & big Scam business. A complete fake clinic and fake promises. I took the treatment for my father ...paid huge amount but not even a 1 percent relief after 20 days treatment.Their only job is to encash huge money in exchange of few oil massages . Their business is only looting people & giving false promises about knee Cartilage regeneration which is not possible. I request everyone not to take treatment of Research Aayu. This is big Scam. Govt should take action against such Scam Business.

I am suffering from knee arthritis since about last 1 year. My treatment was going on in Max vaishali hospital. One day I came across an ad of research ayu clinic of this co Techclinic connect pvt limited which dealt in knee and other bone joint treatments through ayurved. They promised breakthrough treatment of regrowing lost cartilage in knee joints. Their consultation fees was 240 as mentioned in advertisement. So after taking appointment I visited research ayu clinic situated at Dayanand vihar preet vihar Delhi along with my earlier Xray and MRI reports just to have a parallel opinion about my knees. After I went there on18-10-2026 one shaista madam and another lady counsellor name unknown prescribed me rs 70000 thousand package for 20 therapies and medicine for the same period of 20 days. Meanwhile they asked me to have one complimentary massage therapy to test and try the service which I refused but the lady insisted again and again in such a manner that it was a selling and pre-planned gimmick to lure and entrap the prospective new unsuspecting clients. After about 50 minutes only massage therapy when I returned to the counsellor room they asked me to register. I told them that 70000 is a big amount for me and I can't afford such amount in a short span of 20 days treatment and my treatment is already going on in Max hospital. But they kept on insisting and said they have a tie up with2 loan co and they could arrange loan. After due process on mobile they could not arrange loan after checking my credentials. I said that I have paid the consultation fees and when I would be able to manage the amount or get loan that I would start the treatment. But they didn't let me go and said you had a massage therapy already done now you can't discontinue the treatment. You have to pay a minimum 10000 and the rest we will surely arrange loan from some other company Tommorow since it's evening and closing time and we will arrange loan on mobile only yu only provide otps. Initially I was hesitant but after continuous pressurising me and harrassing me for more than 1hour I was compelled to make a payment of 10000 through UPI since there was a huge staff of around 15 to 20 male and female dominant messsuers and employees . After making the UPI payment They asked me to take receipt and sign some documents which were not clearly visible as my reading glasses were in the vehicle downstairs when I told them its not clearly visible , the lady told me it's just formality and yur loan will be approved Tommorow. The next day I called . Nobody picked . In the evening when I had conversation with some lady over there she told me loan is not possible we can get loan in yur wife or brother or some relative name . I asked that i am not in a position to continue treatment and the medicines yu gave me they are untouched , I am returning it as it is . Plz refund my 10000 rs as i can't pay such huge amount 70 k in 20days After repeated request she told me that WE don't have any refund policy. Yu can avail partial benefit of 2 therapy and medicine in 10k. When I said how only a little partial treatment of 10 k will work and it will be waste for me she replied that she is sorry and can't refund my money. I felt trapped and cheated by their gimmick and searched about the company in reviews and learnt from trusted and trustpilot reviews about same modus operandi used by the clinic by trapping them by forcing clients into having trial massage therapy and unwillingly making them register and pay. I went to research ayu 27 Sep (Sunday understand the treatment which is provided for kee issues . The staff forced and convinced me to take up the treatment cost Rs 57,000/- for 20 days and offered the loan facility. Post consulting with family it was declared de that I shall not be taking up this treatment and called Research ayu East Patal Nagar to cancel the loan . Was told that branch manager Simran will call me however there has been no call back from her (been speaking to the Lakshmi for over a week ) Today I called twice simran and lefta what's app message and Got a call back. Was advised that they shall be deducting 5000/- (admin + medicine issued + service used )as mentioned on the form which they got signed the day I went to meet then (paid 250 /- as doc consultation too ) NO medicine were issued or treatment taken on ur first day then why should they be charging 5000/- ? No personal information was shared in terms of Admin work . This shows that this company is just trying to grab money and do scam . Beware of them pls . Sonika Kambo

My Father in law got great relief and significant improvement in his walking, he underwent 60 days treatment and xray changes were visible. Now he walks pain free. Thank You

Very disappointing experience as an employee. After leaving the company, my pending salary and Full & Final settlement were not cleared on time. I was repeatedly told that the payment would be done within 3–4 days, but the commitment was not fulfilled. Every time I followed up, I received another assurance, but still no payment. As an employee, asking for your own earned salary and F&F repeatedly is extremely frustrating. I expected better professionalism, transparency and respect from the management.

I visited ResarchAyu clinic, East Patel Nagar in Nov 2025 after seeing their ad in Facebook as I have injury in my left knee. It was just for consultation purposes. But when I went there and told them I am here just to consult my case, they started giving me oil therapy which they called "detox" I thought it will be a part of the consultation. But when it got over they asked me to pay ₹3000/- for therapy. I told them I was here for consultation only, which cost around ₹240/- but the ladies staff working there trapped me saying we won't give you medicines if you don't subscribe to our plan which price was around 56K, as they told me. Somehow after so much arguments with them I paid the amount using my credit card. After 20 therapies completed, I told them I don't want to continue with treatment as I don't see any improvement in my knee. But again they trapped me saying my knee is healing and it will take some more time. I should continue with the therapy and I will be benefited 100% from their treatment. Again they trapped me and took 50K more but this time I paid them through Fibe. I think they are wrongly doing the business and they should be banned by the government. My advise to everyone don't fall prey to them and save ur hard earned money. In their reply they are saying I threatend them for bargaining which is 100% lie as I didn't know about this platform at that time. Do they have any proof for this. Any video clip with audio as they have cameras installed all over the place. Well in the era of Ai such AV clips can be easily morphed. I think they got disoriented coz such a genuine review is very bad for their business. Their YouTube channels are also flooded with negative comments by users who are cheated by them.

I underwent a 35-day spine treatment at Research Ayu that cost me ₹1,20,000, and I am still paying the loan EMIs every month. Based on my personal experience, I did not receive the improvement I expected despite the significant financial commitment. I feel the treatment was not worth the amount I paid, and I regret choosing it. My advice is to do thorough research, seek multiple medical opinions, and carefully consider the financial commitment before deciding on this treatment.

Its waste of time and Money...I took 20 days treatment, and had 2 xrays done on 4th and 18th day, Both the xrays looked the same, there was no changes, the Dr's were trying to convience me that bone density is growing and regen has started but i need to take more 20 sessions..I felt this was a marketing gimic by the doctors.... DO NOT ENROL FOR RESEARCH AYU PROGRAMS..
