Enjoying Options to get investments early.

Process was simple we had an error in the initial wire transfer the account number entered had a extra digit and the wire was successfully processed. We received a confirmation from our bank and noticed the error,. A second wire transfer was sent with the correct account number and we received a confirmation from our bank and Republic investing indicating our invest had been fully funded. We wanted to make our investment was funded and expected the first wire transfer to be returned from the receiving bank. After sending numerous emails to republic customer service we have not received any responses to help us recover our investment funds. I have experienced this error in past investments and the investing company was very helpful to work directly with their bank to refund the funds to the investors. At this point left to our own efforts we can try to contact your bank and I’m sure after multiple phone calls to automated numbers and transfers emails, etc we may be able to speak to s human being that might be able to provide some information on how to file forms. Greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
