I like how republic keeps you updated about your company and new companies on their platform.

I have had great experiences in the many companies I have invested in so far. The process has been easy. I had difficulty when my email changed and I couldn’t log on.

I'm still a beginner in this and they helping me through it all on my investment in one place.

First attempt, the website crashed and could not complete my whopping 210.00 purchase. Had to re try it a week later and it went through. This stuff happens, and I let it go. Now 3 weeks later I get an email that Republic "needs to know" my annual salary, what my net worth is, and what my occuption is. This annoys me to no end. They do NOT need to know this personal information on a 210.00 purchase. Plus in 2023 there are so many scammers, I do not know this company well enough to feel confident that they will not sell my personal information, or someone can steal it from their company. If this was a $$$ investment, then I might feel better about giving this information. but for 210.00, i do not feel this is a requirement.

Your system makes it easy to invest in up and coming companies.

It was quite easy to navigate from learning about the startup to investing in it. Again, it was quite easy to sign up and invest in the startup I was interested in.

I believe Republic's platform (compared to others) in the crowdfunding space is probably the best. I only gave it 4 stars for the fact that many of the campaigns are food, clothing, or beverage related. Would be nice to see other options (deep tech, climate, supply chain, etc.).
