I had a fantastic experience with getting the lenses replaced on my sunglasses frames. The prescription was perfect, the tinting and clarity are excellent. They also cleaned up my frames and they look close to new. The turnaround time and communication on my order was also great. Overall, a great experience and one I would go to again.

Horrendous experience. I've used them for several years now, and they almost always seem to get something wrong with my orders, but this time they were beyond incompetent. I sent in three pairs of glasses to be relensed with new prescriptions and they got one one of it right. I had to resend the other two frames three times because they either got the wrong tint or forgot to put the AR coating. Now I just received my two frames and while the tint is correct and they have AR coating, one of my frames is damaged with a crack at the nose piece. Absolutely unacceptable. EDIT: the owner of the company contacted me regarding these issues and offered to help me resolve them. I've compared RLE to other companies and can confirm that RLE does have the lowest prices and largest selection of lens products. I will continue to use them in the future, hopefully with little to no problems.

I have ordered multiple lenses from RLE and the prescription has been perfect in all cases. I save, on average, 50% of the price if I were to purchase at one of the chain eyeglass stores. I usually try glasses on in stores, get the model number, then research and buy the frames online. Then I send to RLE and get the lenses. Never a problem!

took my money then when I e-mailed them to check on order and see if they had been shipped they said the frames were out of stock and would not be restocked and had requested a refund. Who takes money without verifying they have stock?

I have an order with them right now for glasses $725 they took out the money immediately. Then I received a call that my frames were not in stock, do I want to pick another frame or send a pair in. I choose another pair right away and was told they need to check with their frames department to see if it were in stock. Hum... it doesn't say out of stock on the website. Well.. today I got the standard same call we are sorry but your frames are not in stock do you want to "send us a pair"? I'm now wondering what is going on with frames??? Are they trying to push me to a more expensive pair? I chose the third pair today, 8 days later after my order was placed and if they don't have it I will cancel my order and I better get my money refunded. I hope this company isn't a scam when I could have went to any online company for much less. :(

The shipping is extremely slow. it took over 3 weeks! You do not receive a tracking unless you request it. I ordered reading lenses and this is the first time I use progressive. I am not happy at all. The shape of objects are changed: for example my phone has a trapezoid shape. My eyes are exhausted at the end of the day. I thought I would be adjusted after wearing them for a week - but no. I am not sure I can check if the prescription is even correct.

I could not ask for better service or a more reasonable price. I was quoted $395 at my local optical store to do what you did for $91 in less time than they needed. Now I have new, scratch-free polarized prescription lenses in my vintage Ray Ban frames. I'm so happy with the job you did that I am sending another pair for you to fix today.

Great service and great work on my lenses. They came out amazing! Turnaround was fast, they responded quickly whenever I emailed my questions. Can't beat the price!!! Asked them to try to make my lenses thin because I have a high prescription.... they did a perfect job!!!! First time I ever ordered lenses online. Was sceptical.... but not anymore! Would not hesitate to use them again. I recommend them highly!!!!
