Looking at the information we have for your vehicle, there are procedures, part numbers and diagrams, fluids, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, maintenance schedule, and so on. We're always happy to assist with locating the correct information. In the rare cases where we don't have sufficient information, we resolve it for the customer including a full refund if needed. We do see that you sent us a support request which was open when you left this review. It's unfortunate that we didn't have the opportunity to assist you prior to the negative review.
