Ricardo made this process genuinely enjoyable. He was direct, responsive, and clearly invested in getting the match right rather than just filling a seat. He prepared me well, answered every question honestly, and kept things moving without ever making it feel rushed. The role he brought me was a strong fit and I'm glad he reached out. Thank you, Ricardo. Remote Latinos is lucky to have you.

Hello! My name is Vilamar Cassandy My experience with Remote Latinos throughout the hiring process was positive and well organized. The recruitment team communicated clearly at each stage, provided detailed information about the role, compensation, schedule, and training, and responded professionally to my questions. The interview process helped me better understand the expectations of the Inside Sales Representative position and prepared me for a remote work environment.
