I hired RBO to help with the book keeping for my small business. I had been doing it myself and wanted the time back to invest in other aspects of the business as well as my family. RBO does complete the books in a somewhat timely manner, but often misses the important details required of a thorough job. I have had to keep an eye on the books as well as sending them corrections on-top of the corrections I make myself including some accounting errors. This requires me to spend nearly the same amount of time I was before.

I would have given 2 stars except they were good in the beginning. recently only update when I have to ask and then ask for the same information multiple times after they had already received from me.
