Hello, We are genuinely sorry for any confusion and frustration you’ve experienced. We want to take this opportunity to offer further clarification. Our platform is designed to offer users full access to all features during a 14-day paid trial period. If the trial is not canceled within this timeframe, it transitions into a paid monthly subscription in order to maintain uninterrupted access. This information is provided throughout the registration process, including at the time of payment, within the terms and conditions, and in the confirmation email sent after the initial purchase. This email outlines key details such as the subscription terms, billing frequency, and cancellation process, with the intention of maintaining transparency. We understand this information may be overlooked and recognize the importance of clarity at all stages of the customer experience. To provide you with the support you need, please look for a message from Trustpilot asking for your account information. We are fully committed to changing your opinion about us and ensuring you receive the excellent customer service we take pride in. Best regards, Remote.co Customer Service Team.
