I would give it 5 stars if there were more adjustments we could make online and in app. It is also slow to start video. I really like the chime that is available now. It really helps. I have 2 of these doorbells now.

Should be told that you need the the chime to hear the doorbell ring in the house. Other then that it seems to be working great.

i've had to contact remo+ several times over the course of the last few months. i've had great customer service from them. everyone i've dealt with was super professional. I just wish i could get my doorcam to work the way it used to.

Works great but I wish I could use a power adapter as well as the battery.

First of all batteries don’t last as long as they say Intercom sounds terrible understand or hear who’s ever at the door And camera doesn’t catch every moment at the door But it’s better than having nothing
