Our experience with Reliant was top notch. They were super and did everything they said. I got update calls all the time from Tom, he and Tyler stayed on our file strong. Very pleasant to work with. GREAT job Guys.. Kudos

They told me what I need to do before they could help me, so I did what they said to do and I text and let them know it was done,, I was trying to get a hold of them and asked what is going on, they claimed they text me but they never did. The next day I received a letter that stated what's on my credit. I told them and I was assured they still could help me, but after failed attempts at contact with them asking what's going on. They took 3 weeks to give me an answer, I could have went somewhere else, I have to move real fast, I told them if not just let me know so I could check with another company,, but no they sent a letter. I do not recommend them to anyone. They strung me along. They never answered my text or email. So disappointing and unprofessional. They knew the situation and said they would help. I can't believe a company would do something like that, I hope Karma gets them. DO NOT USE RELIANT MORTGAGE EVER

Normal customer service!! They gave us the run around for over a month.

Nothing fast at all about the process with Reliant, also they inquired about very personal matters, and required more documents than needed to process a loan.

I can not say enough about the team we had helping purchase our dream home! Sarah Brooks and Lindsey Sisk you are the best! I was stressing myself out most of the process but they both remained calm and answered all my question and calmed me down! You both will always be part of our home! I highly recommend RELIANT and the fantastic ladies who made our dream a possibility!

My loan agent Ms Loretta Bass, Was a true God-sent. She made a difficult situation very easy to deal with..And through all the hangups,She made sure I knew exactly what was going on and how to take care of it.... And I would have no problem referring Ms. Bass and your agency to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH
