I have a dedicated server in Miami location without problems for more than a year and half. The latency to south america is less than 100 ms, that is very good for a US provider.The time of response of the support tickets is very good and the price competitive. Maybe improve the prices for the old servers/clients to make competitive with the new offers.

We have been with ReliableSite for a few years and we've only had a couple of issues that the support team addressed in a reasonable amount of time. The servers are great my clients dont have any issues expect the support is kind hit or miss sometimes they tend to repeat themselves its almost like a script game. They dont take the time to read the support ticket slowy and clearly

I want to give my feedback of all my time using ReliableSite. I've been using this site for almost 8 months. I use it for my Minecraft server and It goes really great! I'm a university student and Im working in my project that needs a dedicated server, I tried with different companies that where cheap but those were not as good as ReliableSite. I love this because is very professional and fast when I need support(for example: when I need a reboot) I really also like that there are many prices from cheap to custom prices. In my case I use my service for minecraft server because person told me about this site so I knew reliablesite for a advice and since that moment I always recommend this site for dedicated/hosting because is very professional in what they do. (Sorry, my english is bad)

Edit in 27/11/2023 Unfortunatelly I get the worst experience possible when get the second server in NYC datacenter. Many tickets and no solutions. Asked for a compensation that I get a new server in MIA, but the ReliableSite said that's not possible. Migrated the NYC server to another datacenter and maintained the great MIA server with ReliableSIte.
