Hello, I find the lack of cooperation with the support quite disappointing. They used to be hands down my number one recommendation until several years ago. I’ve personally recommended them and operated with partner company several hundred servers from them. I’m with them for 5-10 years I sent a proof of paid invoice today and the guy declined to turn on the server until payment confirms causing additional downtime. Did you guys give up? Really sorry. Thanks.

Very helpful staff. We had a few minor issues but after sending off the required data to support they were able to resolve all the issues we had. The control panel is fast and easy to use, it shows you the basics of what you need to know at a glance. Overall, I'm very happy.

Reliablesite is a great provider with very high quality servers and high-end processors, I am creating my Minecraft server and it is going very well, I have not found a company that facilitates me in that way and I want to continue with them for a long time. They offer exceptional performance. They offer great prices and I love that they frequently have deals on dedicated servers. I was able to get a dedicated server in Miami and it has been a 10/10 experience. I will definitely continue purchasing from Reliablesite as their quality has really impressed me. Overall, the experience using ReliableSite is great. Especially the auto-reinstall function, I have to use it sometimes if I messed my things up. Also, the altitude of the customer service is good. However, the KVM access is one of the disappointment I've met while been a customer of ReliableSite. It's really not that user-friendly for a newbie who didn't use a dedicated server before, I wish there could be more tutorial regards how to use Accessing via KVM in Knowledge Base. Also, the reliability is one of the best in the market, they guaranteed a 100% Network and Power SLA which is impressive.
