User friendly, comfortable when in use and quiet. All tracking can be done onlin.

They have sent the wrong items. They do not respond quickly to requests for orders. It is very difficult sometimes to get the items I need. For example, my sleep machine is not working correctly, but I´m afraid to call them because I don´t want the hassle.

Never a problem. People are friendly and always get my supplies on time.

Excellent in all facets! Respiratory Therapists explained proper use of the unit, fitted me for mask, came back and changed to a different type when I had trouble side sleeping. Insurance billing went smoothly and received explanation of my co-pay. A+ across the board!!! Thank You, William L. Hardy, MD
