I haven't heard from anyone about replacement tubing or face pieces in 8 months

My first in-home consultation with Reliable respiratory was great. They took the time to explain everything and make me as comfortable as possible with the equipment. I have found the follow up stuff was pretty good. I was able to email with them to discuss different mask options and finally found one that works. My biggest negative with them is their pricing. They billed my insurance company more than double the price of some equipment that I can find on Amazon. Masks, hoses, etc. I can buy on Amazon for so much less and then just submit to my insurance company myself. I'm on a plan with a very high deductible so I end up paying for everything out of pocket, and maybe it works out OK for others, but for me, even the "negotiated" rates through insurance were much higher than what I could pay for the exact same brands/models on Amazon. I did email the company twice to ask them about the pricing and never got a response. I'll buy from Amazon now whenever possible.

Great company, good automated technology for ordering - yet have people you can talk to when you want to talk. My last company I used was awful. So happy to be with this company......
