Very friendly service and timely calls about supplies to my CPAP.

honestly, i’m neither impressed or displeased. the fact that they are on the other side of the state bothers me. they don’t advertise their toll free number practically at all. took me a while of searching through fine print to find it hidden in the literature. for me, this was a huge problem as i only have local calling. contacting them is hit or miss. sometimes they answer quickly, other times you are on hold forever and get connected to the janitor on a crappy line. they don’t have many service options. just when you think you’re signed up for auto-deliveries, think again. recently they pushed to get a “health portal”, but i refuse to place my trust in a low budget company that is susceptible to hacking. you get what your insurance pays for and they don’t offer payment plans for travel C-Paps or etc. personally i’m considering switching to a local supplier, however haven’t been annoyed enough to switch yet.

I never have a problem with Reliable Respiratory, they are also very good with getting back to you if that is the case. Only one time did my order only take longer than it should have, and maybe it was related to preordering a couple days before the date somehow but otherwise no problems. Everyone is curteous and friendly.
