Great! Seamless service

The machine works perfectly. People interaction is always good. Auto ordering of supplies (computer generated call) does not work so well, but when I need supplies I can always get them by phone.

I switched from a mammoth company that got bigger and bigger each year. Name kept changing and service became horrible. My doctor recommended RR and the service has been outstanding.
