Communication and billing have alot to be desired,,,

I have been getting my CPAP supplies from Reliable Respiratory right from the beginning. When I am due for supplies, I always receive calls to order my new supplies. There has never been an issue with the billing of my insurance or the receipt of my supplies. If there is a need to call customer service, I find them to be extremely pleasant and highly professional and understanding to my needs.
