When i reorder stuff some times it takes over two weeks to get. Otherwise I am very happy with them, no real complaints. They notify me when it is time to reorder, do it on line, very quick.

I wish there was more hands on service for mask fitting and equipment service issues.

Your sales personnel are rude, abrupt, and come across with an "devil may care" attitude ! Perhaps some sales marketing training might help.
