When I voiced problems with fit and issues, i was never called back to check if the issues were resolved. This happened twice. Service was great the first two weeks when they called 2 weeks in a row to check how things were going. Then when I actually had issues, they never called back

I'm disappointed in this place. I set up payments . Now the change the amount. And to date I've received no replacement parts or filters. Seems to me if you quote a cost , the amount of payments. And set up card to get it paid on time. You should have it handled. Very disappointing.

Reliable Respiratory has been very “reliable.” When I placed my first order they explained what I might need for my CPAP machine and why. They answered my questions about billing, my obligations and any other issues I wanted addressed. The bottom line is that the representative I talked to was was knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. Great customer service.
