Scam disgusting never got a refund spent over £65.00 ! Returned items spent more money on postage. Emails sooo many attitude from staff please avoid this company. Can anyone advise how I can get any money back as I am totally at a loss!

Do not give this sham company your money, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, I bought 2 key chain items at approx 18 pounds each, when they arrived they were nothing like the photo, complete scam or rip off, they should be closed down immediately.

Key ring of my son's beloved pet was so poor I could have cried. Advertising picture is edited to look like it's 3 dimensional when the reality is a flat piece of chinese plastic very poorly cut. Given the item is generally to commemorate a dog's passing it relies heavily on emotive purchase. Simply awful item

I receive the blanket, and it was not as advertised. Not only was it not a blanket, it was not fleece as ADVERTISED. It was made of cheap cotton, and was almost see through. I requested a complete refund due to false advertising, and they offered me 10% off, then 20% off, finally 35% off, and want me to pay for shipping also they want to keep $7.99 that they claimed was their shipping costs. This company is a total rip-off. I paid $39.90 for a product that is worth about $10.00. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO A FULL REFUND LESS $7.99 FOR SHIPPING HOWEVER THE PRODUCT IS WORTH NO MORE THAN $10.00

Bought a gift for my wife but it was of very poor quality with damaged ends and they charged me 57Cad $ had put in the Value village dump Pl do not buy from this group as it seems to be a scam with very poor quality products Take care and avoid this group

I brought one off there so called hanging dog in a boot ornaments on behalf off a terminaly ill lady with cancer . When it arrived it was a flat piece off plastic which had clearly been brought from China which must have cost peanuts . I contacted them to say how disappointed I was , they said return it for refund . Having looked at the cost it is not worth it , which means I am stuck with a piece off plastic which cost me 14.99 usd plus shipping to the UK. I have since refunded the cost back to the lady because I was to inbarressed to give it to her . Three weeks ago I was promised a 30% refund which still has not arrived they told me because off a PayPal case I opened which had been closed for nearly two weeks. 48 hours ago I received a email saying my refund would be given in two days . Yet again it has failed to arrive . This company clearly do not understand the long distance selling act and is a total SCAM . My advice is don't buy from the them because they do not deliver what they promise or what you see . I would have left 0 stars if I had been able to .

SCAM!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! My husband purchased Christmas gifts for me from this company, thinking he had bought me something precious, to remember our Setters who have passed to the Rainbow Bridge.. What absolute rubbish the items are! They do not resemble the online photos, at all, and it is now clear that the photos have been highly edited to make the items appear to be of good quality. This could not be further from reality. I could buy better from a bargain basement shop! It's nothing but cheap plastic tat, with hardly any colour or depth. Nearly £36, plus a foreign transaction fee, for two tiny pieces of poor quality plastic. What an utter waste of our hard earned money, which is now in the pocket of this disgustingly scammy company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Garbage!!!
