The Christmas ornament that I ordered looked three dimensional in the photo on the site. In fact it is a flat little piece of plastic with a not very clear image on it. I’m so disappointed. It was to be a gift for my daughter.

This company is legitimate not a scam I ordered a blanket for my daughter and I am very pleased with this product. Be patient it will arrive. The tracking number did not work but the product did arrive in a secure package. Thanks, Thomas.

I returned the item within the completely unreasonable one-week return window mandated by the company, but they never returned my money in spite of admitting that they received my return as stated. Don't get ripped off, as I did! Addendum: When I responded to the company's "concerned" reply, they gave me the same run-around again. Relaxpact makes it impossible to return anything. Order at your own risk.

Hello there, We are sorry that we were unable to process your request in time due to the high volume of emails during the peak season. Please contact our customer service email [email protected] again and provide the tracking number, and we will give priority to your request. Please rest assured that once we confirm receipt of your return, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
It took a long time for my package to arrive. When I contacted customer service, they said the package had been delivered. No package was delivered. Proof of delivery was not provided. Again, I told them it had not been delivered and they told me tracking number says it was delivered. After receiving your reply I can understand how you might not have control over what happens when using a third person delivery. The US mail service often lacks ability to deliver and reroutes many times. In no way is this a negative review of Relaxpact. The product is really good quality. Kudos to Relaxpact.

Hello there, We are sorry for the confusion about shipping you have experienced. The delivery information comes from the last-mile carrier. Once it is shown as delivered, it means that it has reached a place that the customer can reach. We regret that not every last-mile carrier can provide clear proof of delivery. When we learn that a customer has not received the package, we will contact the carrier to understand the situation and provide assistance to the customer. Please believe that we are committed to continuously optimizing logistics. Thank you for your feedback.
Your products are heartfelt, touching, and beautiful. My wife LOVES her blanket, so if I get in trouble, all I have to do is hold her blanket up😀😀

No occasion. Saw your ad and got it for my wife of 37 happy years. She loves it!

The blanket is so soft. I was surprised how cozy it feels. I can't wait to surprise my daughter.
